Possibly the larger apartments are much nicer - but for what was paid for the studio you could get a nice hotel room, particularly if you shop around. The staff acted as if they were doing me a favour every time I complained, they were just stuck to there computers and had no customer service relationship at all. What was nice was the free coffee machine, enjoyed that! Our room no 2 was spacious, but it can get loud when theres people in the smoky reception room in the morning. Like I said before for one or two nights you might survive.
Has good tram connectivity to the City center also. A slightly larger kitchen and a better equipped Gym would have made the stay even better. I found frustrating when the wifi wasn't working on our floor one Friday, when I returned from work. So I was unable to access it the entire weekend. In saying that it was looked at both Monday and Tuesday then promptly fixed. I would highly recommend the Olive restaurant down stairs.
The staff did not notify us that their credit card facility was down when we arrived and only informed us upon check out. They asked if we could do a bank transfer when we got home and we said that we would have to check the charges. When we got home, we found out the cost for the bank transfer and checked with the apartment if they were fine with it. We were shocked that they insisted that pay the transfer costs!
